We are a small family buisness, growing most of the produce ourselves, every Jam, marmalade, chutney and curd is lovingly made in small batches in our kitchen.
I started making jams when i was a child and was allowed to help my Dad, from their my passion for cooking has grown, always wanting to experiment with new flavour combinations some of which have turned out to be our best sellers!
The chutney side didn't come in till i was given my grandmothers and my fathers old recipes, that they had collected over the years, inspiring me to start preserving the vegetables and the fruit in a more savoury way. We now produce over 80 different flavours.
After two redundacies in as many years I decided to throw caution to the wind and turn my passion into a business. Now twelve months later with an excellent regular customer base supporting me at numerous farmers markets, including the award winning Stroud Farmers Market, a heavily croppping garden, abundantly full fruit trees and swelling greenhouses, my passion is not only my business but also my hobby and love.
